Palo Santo Hotel Buenos Aires

The hotel had a beautiful and functional design, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, situated near a trendy area of the city. The hotel also offered a reasonably big balcony in the rooms. The breakfast was modest but sufficient.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Mauricio's assistance. The hotel had great facilities, including strong Wi-Fi and a comprehensive hot breakfast. Its location was perfect, as it was close to many good restaurants and bars in the vibrant Palermo area. we enjoyed being near the green area of Palermo, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The location was convenient with transportation options nearby. The room was comfy with a great bed and plenty of TV channels. The A/C could have been colder but overall a pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic stay in a lovely boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood. The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street but still close enough to the action of Palermo. The subway station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was perfect, with comfortable beds and a stylish design. The bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. The service from the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Plus, the hotel had a rooftop pool where I could relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing. It was truly a home away from home.

We loved staying at this venue! It is located in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of great dining options within walking distance. The subway station is also nearby, and yet, the street itself is very quiet. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff always on hand to assist with room service, dry cleaning, laundry and tours/ticket assistance, and we even got a welcome drink upon arrival. We were pleased with the amenities in our room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, balcony and in-room safe. The terrace was a lovely touch too where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings in peace.

We highly recommend this hotel for everyone. The reception desk staff could benefit from some retraining in hospitality.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The rooms had a modern and chic decor and were kept clean throughout our stay. One of the best things was the complimentary breakfast and coffee, delicious. The hotel's location was also great, close to a lot of good restaurants and easily accessible by public transportation.

The standout was the attentive and friendly staff, were great to ensure we had a nice stay. One specific incident was when we realized we had left behind a valuable item, and they promptly arranged a special delivery to the airport. Their personalized service made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for a good and comfortable experience.
